Israeli Brownies
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup cocoa
- 2 cups sugar
- 3/4 cup light oil e.g. canola
- 3/4 cup flour
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Press into a shallow greased dish and bake at 180 degrees celcius for 30 minutes.
- Allow to cool then cut into squares.
