Israeli Brownies

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup cocoa
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 3/4 cup light oil e.g. canola
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients together.
  • Press into a shallow greased dish and bake at 180 degrees celcius for 30 minutes.
  • Allow to cool then cut into squares.
